If you possess them you may have to get a psychiatric evaluation, a $100 fine (you can pay immediately) if you refuse, or if you are harmful to yourself or others you will be handled successfully by police or military and could be killed, arrested, or committed for insanity. Worth some questions anyway. A credit card swiper or cash app would great for police officers to have for immediate off the hook payments and something to think about when it comes to your behavior.
